This week I was approached by Minted.com to review their site. I had heard of them but had never purchased anything from their site. I took some time just to peruse the site and check out each section. They sell cards, art, gifts, and party decor and everything on the site can be personalized, which makes your options endless. All designs are a part of an ongoing design challenge, and are submitted and voted on by the customer to be added to the site. I think this keeps the site fresh and ever-changing, which makes for very happy customers and lots of opportunity for new artists.
One card option is birth announcements. I wish I had known about them when Harper was born; I would have used them. I probably would have chosen this one. How cute is that?!

Birth announcements are just one of the many card options they have. They also have wedding invitations, save the dates, holiday cards, thank you cards, business cards, and I could go on and on! Check out this cute Valentines card!
One of my favorite features is how they display the size of the art. I don’t know about you but I am a visual person and it helps to be able to see all sizes, so that you can make an educated decision for your space.
This is actually one of my favorite pieces of art; it caught my eye because of its title “Little Miss,” which is Harper’s nickname. I will more than likely being getting it for her room.
Another aspect of the site that stands out is the fact that you know exactly who designed the piece of art, the card, or the stationary. It seems more personal, and I like that.
Minted also partners with Every Mother Counts by donating a portion of all children’s art sales. I really like when corporations get involved with non-profits that help others. This whole site feels like a big community and I really like that too. It is rare to find a site that values not only the quality of the art but also the artist who created it.
One thing I noticed was that in the Party Decor tab the column Shop by Category is listed twice. Not a big deal but it was something that I noticed.
